With the awareness that support services play an important role in distance education processes, we attach importance to support services during the epidemic process, as we did before the COVID-19 outbreak.

With this system, a unique request number is assigned to each support request you make. You can review the status of your support request with the e-mail address and request number you provided when requesting support.

Our Distance Education Call Center at 0850 241 87 01 is open between 10:00-16:00 on weekdays. You can send your written requests 24/7 via the Support System.
